During this maintenance window, Remote will be completely unavailable, including employ.remote.com, our mobile app, and all Remote API services.

All Remote services will be unavailable during the 2-hour maintenance window. No actions can be performed during this time.

We will be performing a security-related restart of our platform workers to maintain our compute systems. During this maintenance window, Remote services may experience a brief downtime lasting up to 5 minutes.

During this time, affected services may be completely unavailable, and no actions can be performed.

Our email and chat system provider will perform maintenance on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 (7:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. UTC). During this time, you may notice short (up to 5-minute) interruptions when submitting tickets or starting chats.
